                  Excellent Property on Martha's Vineyard

                  5 of 5
We had an excellent vacation at this prpperty on Martha's Vineyard. The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival and was exactly like the pictures on the Internet with all the features as-advertised. The house was very well equipped with BBQ and all pots, pans, plates and utensils. The house was spacious and easily accommodated four adults and two children. The large upper deck connected directly to the kitchen made BBQ'ing very easy with plenty of space for us to enjoy all our meals outside. The washer / dryer was a very handy feature to have and we also enjoyed the outside (fully enclosed for privacy) shower. The location was perfect - quiet and private yet only a two minute drive to the beach and to Edgartown. The owners who live next door were very friendly and we enjoyed a number of pleasant conversations with them on their deck. Their recommendations of places to go on the island (in particular sunset at Menemsha) enhanced our vacation. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and we are planning to return in future.

                  A Great Place

                  4 of 5
We arrived at the Cozy Cottage in Katama and were immediately taken by its charm, beauty, and coziness. Sue was very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The house is centrally located to both town and beach. (not to mention the Katama airfield and Right Fork Diner!) The amenities within the house are more then ample. It was very clean and tidy, but still felt like you could enjoy your stay comfortably. If I was to recommend a smaller house to friends or relatives I would definitely put this one on the top of the list. The island is a magical place and this house only enhanced that aspect. Loved it and recommend highly Jason

                  Dreamy, dreamy, dreamy

                  5 of 5
Not a single detail is overlooked in this sparkling, spotless, beautifully appointed home. It reminds me of a Four Seasons property: that is how high the quality of decor, furnsihings, line and towels are. The owners even have a gigantic basket of oils, soaps, shampoos, lotions and potions to choose from. Forget a toothbrush? It's there. SLIPPERS? Razors? Toothpaste? ALL THERE. It has a sumptuous feel but is not ostentatious or uncomfortable. On the contrary, the home just feels like one big dreamy spa visit! The owners take their role in your vacation very seriously: recmmending spots to try, asking for suggestions on how to improve the home. It is a very special place and I implore you to book for next year and begin dreaming today.... Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
