I visited the Cape with four friends. Two of us arrived first and were greeted by Steven and Elisabeth, the owners. They are very friendly and easy to work with. When one small issue came up, Steven was easy to get in touch with to address the matter. The house was clean and well cared for. Because it is centrally located, it served as a perfect starting point for each day's adventure. We took side trips to Salem and Provincetown without spending a lot of time in the car. It's also close to all the little shops we planned to visit. The beach is just across the street for those who want to walk along the sandy shore, sunbathe, or relax. The beach was clean and safe, with lifeguards on duty. We stayed prior to peak season so the water temperature was a little on the chilly side. Downtown Hyannis is a short drive away. We enjoyed eating on the water at both Baxter's Fish and Chips and Spanky's Clam Shack. St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church is also close by so getting to church was easy, too. I would stay here again and would recommend this site to others.
