From the front there's nothing remarkable looking about the house - looks like a standard suburban colonial. But when you walk through the entry hall is opens up to a spectacular open view of the sky, water, and World's End peninsula. Then you go upstairs to the master suite or downstairs to the ground floor level and realize it's spacious as well as beautiful.
We were in the area for a sailboat regatta and there were 3 of us, with a spouse and a fiancee joining us midweek. Each of us had a floor with our own bedroom. Upstairs and down there were sitting areas, plus decks or porches on all the floors. Appliances were convenient and up-to-date, and the house was immaculate.
The owners were very responsive and helpful. There was a problem with the hot water heater while we were there and the owner responded instantly, working that night so the hot water was available again for morning showers. The problem could have happened to anyone, but they got it taken care of quick.
Good location too, right near the beach, restaurants, etc.
