          Wonderful week in the Berkshires!

We rented the lake house while we returned to the Berkshires for our niece's wedding. The house is very well cared for and Mike was super accommodating. We had plenty of room as we traveled with our son and daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The bathrooms are new and spacious, the kitchen well-stocked and easily accessible. The great room and dining room are open and inviting. We had a cookout with our Berkshire family in the backyard one evening and thoroughly enjoyed that fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs! The weather was a bit cool for swimming for us transplanted southerners, but we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe - and fishing right from the dock. Our granddaughter caught and cooked her first fish! Very relaxing time!

What an awesome little cottage. It is a cottage as the pictures show, but perfect for a relaxing week. We took our first family vacation with our grown children, daughter-in-law and 3 yr old granddaughter. The wonderful memories we will have could not be better. The lake is quiet and beautiful. We even contemplated buying here ourselves. Our one complaint though small is we didn't have a pot big enough to cook corn on the cob. We improvised and made cooler corn. We had a few cloudy cooler days and the lot is very shady so we made full use of the well stocked wood pile and fire pit. We used it daily and sat by it most nights. This truly is a charming little cottage. We took full advantage of the canoe, kayaking did some fishing and floating on rafts. Wonderful neighborhood took daily walks many to association beach where we even helped shovel the goose poop. Our granddaughter loved the beach there and the swings and slide. Can't say enough positive about our stay. Thanks Mike and Julia

          Here again!

My family enjoyed this home so much last year, we returned this year and had great fun. The fishing is good, fire pit for smores and big yard for the dog! If you forgot your fishing pole, don't worry, there are some here. The house was big enough for all eight of us and the back porch is great for sitting and watching the lake and nature. Karen
