CUTE COTTAGE

5 of 5
We rented the big house twice in 2013 and loved it. This was our first time renting the cottage and we enjoyed it immensely. There is a private entrance to the cottage with a small covered deck and chairs/table that face the back yard. The cottage is very spacious and well-appointed with Jeannette's personal touches that we came to appreciate in the big house. There were 4 adults and our dog with plenty of space--2 bedrooms, a big bathroom with washer/dryer, large kitchen with dining area and spacious, light and airy living room. The ceilings are vaulted in the kitchen/dining area and living room adding to the spacious feel of the cottage While on a busy street, the cottage/parking is set back so the street is not a factor. Having the bike path accessible from the back yard--and the many bikes to use is a real plus--especially in the busy summer. You can use the bike path to go to Seafood Sam's, the bus station, the parking lot for the ferry, downtown Falmouth and even Wood's Hole. A good local restaurant, Crabapples, is virtually across the street and serves great fish chowder. It is a pleasure renting from Jeannette...both the house and cottage are A +

GREAT, CLEAN HOUSE N A NEAT LITTLE NEIGHBORHOOD

5 of 5
Clean, easy rental that was a second from a really nice sandy beach. The whole neighbor hood is classic cape is great for walks, to workout, run etc... It reminded me of visiting the cape as a kid. I was surprise at how big the yard was to just hang out in as we did cook twice on the grill. But there is also a bunch of good restaurant right in the area, which the owners were kind enough to point out and they were easy to deal with. This was my first rental and it was what I'd hoped. I would definitely recommend it to family. I'd also plan to cook/grill more at the house since there is some cool little markets close by and I forgot my good camera. There are some beautiful sunsets to see.

A PIECE OF CAPE COD

5 of 5
this comfy cottage was the ideal location. it was on a quiet street but close to many attractions. the house was clean and comfortable. the washer/dryer was a nice +. the area has all there is to do and see. the bike path to woods hole was my favorite. it is safe, scenic and nearby. after a nice ride ,there is a pub just waiting for you to have lunch/glass wine. the hiking abounds. the trails are well marked . the house has brochures on all the local happenings and there are plenty. too many restaurants to try them all but liam mcquires is a favorite.
