I enjoyed staying in the houseboat. Sometimes I was alone and sometimes I was with my husband. It is perfect for two people, plus perhaps some little kids, but probably a little crowded for more than 2 adults. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the little living room/kitchen area was just right. Eileen, my contact person, was very nice, very helpful. The boat was moored at the kinsman marina in a little separate alcove of water, apart from the majority of the boats moored on the bay. This meant that I did not have any problem with excessive rocking even though it was very windy. My view was of other boats nearby, but not of the bay. Still nice. The rest of my family was nearby so I had access to their beach, etc. If you stay here,it is important to have some beaches in mind. The Lobster Trap is really good now- improved over past years.

My wife, 4 year old, 17 month old, and our 2 retired greyhounds spent a wonderful 2-week vacation in this stunning home. This post-and-beam house provided us with everything we needed for our extended break. The two bedrooms are beautiful, the kitchen, baths, and living room are charming, and the private Asian-themed private patio was a great place for relaxation. The house is a few yards away from pond access, and its location is central to all areas of Falmouth. The owners are very gracious as well. We hope to return again soon!
