Peaceful lakefront home

5 of 5
Super clean waterfront house with lake views from almost every window/door and room. Great quiet spot, super clean freshwater lake, kayaking, rowboat and just floating on a raft really recharged us and the kids were in the water ALL DAY!! They were good and tired at night, and the fresh air with all of the screened doors was such a peaceful way to sleep. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home and property at a great location

5 of 5
This is a lovely and spacious home in a fantastic location. The pond at the base of the property is idyllic. Kayaking around it was wonderfully relaxing, watching the herons, turtles and enjoying the serenity of the venue. But it's also just a 10-15 minute drive to very nice south Cape beaches, and 5-10 minutes to numerous excellent restaurants. The pool table and barn dart room/sitting area are great for a rainy day. We hope to return!

43 Minot St house review

5 of 5
I will begin by saying that the realtors of this property were a pleasure to deal with, they made arranging the rental, picking up the keys and money changing hands painlessly easy. We rented this house for our friend's wedding, the house was at full capacity with equal amounts of males and females, we are all in our late 20s. We had a fantastic time over the weekend we were there. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen came fully equipped. There is a high definition television with digital cable. The backyard is enormous and was easily able to accomodate our extra friends who came by, and of course having the pool was great. The one downside is the curfew of the area for 'noise' is 10pm, even on weekends. But after the first night we went to the neighbours and explained our position (and we weren't being recklessly loud, just the volume of a large group of excited adults would make) and they were all cool with it for the 2nd and 3rd night. Had a great time.
