My husband and I stayed here in June 2014 with our two kids (ages 14 and 12). They shared the room with 2 twins and we had the room with the King bed. It was a little warm in the bedrooms, but they do have an air conditioner in our room and the kids had a fan. The spiral staircase to get up to the rooms was a little tough to navigate with the suitcases, but we managed ok. Also, you park below the condo so you need to walk up stairs to get to the condo.
The condo was very clean. Air conditioner downstairs was good to have since it was warm when we were there. The kitchen is small and narrow but perfect for our needs (we didn't do any cooking) since we just had cereal for breakfast and made sandwiches for lunches. The downstairs bathroom had the washer and dryer which was very convenient to wash the towels that you need to bring since the linens aren't provided. Prepare yourself for lots of owls in that room! The owner must love them! There is a TV and DVD player in the living/dining room (but unfortunately, we never could figure out how to get the DVD player to work).
Where the condo is located, it's pretty close to things. It's about a 2-3 minute walk down to the Tennis court and the pond. When driving out of the complex, if you take a left, you'll arrive at a Stop and Shop in about 5-6 minutes. If you take a right, you'll be at Circuit Ave in Oak Bluffs (lots of great shopping and places to eat!) in about 8 minutes.
There is a really nice shared yard space. We played some wiffle ball there (which we brought) and went on the swings. I do recommend checking out the tennis courts too. We brought our own rackets and had a blast.
We would definitely stay here again. It is a very nice little condo and we weren't disappointed.
