              A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

              5 of 5
Jennifer (the owner) was great to work with in making our arrangements. We stayed for two weeks and had friends join us for a few days here and there. Everyone loved it. We especially appreciated being able to have our dog with us on vacation, and the wheelchair accessibility of the home. The location is ideal - in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the bike trail, Boat Meadow beach (which was never crowded - always interesting - and has fantastic sunsets), and all of the fun and conveniences in Orleans Center: mini golf, Stop & Shop and Target (for stuff we forgot), restaurants (loved The Lost Dog restaurant), kayak & SUP rentals at Goose Hummock. Our family likes Nauset Beach - but it's also easy to get to the National Seashore beaches. We also enjoyed a sunset sail on the Blue Lady II out of Province Town... (again, appreciating the central location of this house making it reasonable to drive to P-Town for the evening.) The porch is definitely the best feature of the house. We spent most of our time there, until it got humid during the last few days before the tropical storm blew in. Then it was nice having the air conditioning and fans indoors. The house is relatively up to date, with plenty of space to accommodate 10 people comfortably without feeling like we were stumbling around each other. We had a good time using the fire pit for making s'mores... so nice to have a convenient wood supply to do that. The outdoor shower was also a great experience... (and good for getting rid of sand after a day at the beach). We left with a lot of good memories.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR ALL AGES!

              5 of 5
I am almost hesitant to write this review because I don't want to give this place away, but I think it's only fair to give credit were credit is due. My family and I stayed her for a week in June. Ages ranged from 3 - 60 years old. Everyone had a great time! The property is very clean as well as the pool. The pool is heated and some days the pool felt warmer than the air, as we did go before the official start of summer. I would recommend to anyone to bring bike. The house is close to the bike path that goes directly to coast guard beach on the national sea shore. It is also close to beaches (driving) on the bay side which are great for kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and wish we could have stayed for longer than a week!

              GREAT FAMILY CAPE VACATION

              5 of 5
I've stayed on the cape since the 80s but now live in Oregon. We came here last year, toddler in tow, and it was exactly right. Bedroom and bath downstairs allows for privacy and good separation of space. Lovely quiet, wooded backyard. Everything you need, including air conditioning for bedrooms--came in handy a couple of nights! Very helpful owner.
