Nice apartment, centrally located

4 of 5
Michaela was very responsive to emails and a pleasure to work with overall. The condo is clean and pretty spacious, very close to prime locations in Dennisport, and a great midpoint destination on the Cape. I went here with a friend to get away from Boston, but also work on our dissertations and it was excellent. the one thing that would have made it perfect is if the TV played regular stations and not just videos. I'd definitely go back.

Memorable & Breathless

5 of 5
Absolutely sparkling clean from top to bottom. This vacation spot was perfect for the three of us. The place is surprisingly cozy. The high ceilings and views make the place perfect to call yours for the week! The bed was so comfortable and though the place is small it was organized efficiently with plenty of room to hang your clothes and unpack your bags and kick back for the week. The deck was where we spent most our time relaxing watching breathless sunrise and sunsets. We enjoyed kayaking and just laying back after a long day on the beach, which is either a kayak ride away or a short ride down the road. The convenience of walking across the street to the local fish market and picking up steamed 2-lb lobsters, steamers and more was a treat and so much more relaxing for us, rather than being in a crowded restaurant. The home is equipped for simple meals and we also enjoyed grilling on the deck while watching the amazing cranes, ducks and other kayaks going down the canal. The owners take pride and loved the beach theme decor and that it included Wi-Fi, cable TV on a Flat screen TV, includes cooking utensils, coffee pot, pots/pans and, air conditioning (in the bedroom) - the amazing breeze we had - we hardly had it on and with sliding doors, ceiling fans was sufficient and comfortable. There was everything we needed right out our front door - restaurants, convenience store, ice cream, beaches, views. Absolutely memorable and we hope to be back! The Grahams 7/2014 --

Wonderful cottage in a lovely town!

5 of 5
My husband, three-year old son, and Lab Retriever had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. It is on a quiet, dead end street yet near all the wonderful things Dennisport and the Cape has to offer. We were comfortable and found everything we needed; the grill on the back deck was perfect for local corn and fish from the Swan River fish market. Everyday we either kayaking, biked the Cape Cod Rail Trail, hung out at Chapin/Mayflower Beaches, or went on the fishing boats at Sesuit Harbor. Wolfie's has great breakfast sandwiches, Sesuit Harbor has the best lobster rolls we tried the entire week, and we had lunch at the Dog House (more than just hot dogs) and the Lazy Lobster in Chatham. On our last night, we enjoyed an elegant dinner at Ocean House. I highly recommend staying here!
