Beautiful and well appointed

5 of 5
We had a wonderful week on the Cape and found this rental to be exactly as pictured. The property was clearly well cared for, the landscaping was beautiful, and we had everything we needed to make this an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We had a concern with the grill and the owners quickly provided us with a new one. We highly recommend the bay beach in Dennis, the water was warm and the setting was picture perfect. Dennis is a nice mid-Cape location to travel to many places on the Cape. We hopped on the nearby Cape Cod rail trail in Dennis and had a great bike ride. Ice cream and restaurants galore are just a hop away. This pet friendly home was just what we needed to not leave our dogs behind, and they loved the fenced in yard. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

FANASTIC PLACE

5 of 5
HIGHLY RECOMMEND I crew up in the 60s and 70s on this street as a kid. It was like being home again the street has not changed much and we could have not picked a better place to stay. You always get nervis booking on the web but not this one. I never realized how much I loved the place (OaK St) and the Cape. The cottage is very well maintaned, clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. The bedrooms and the livingroom are perfect size and the kitchen is very large and has room to work and cook. The yard and the patio is great place to relax at night and have a cool drink and grill out and have dinner or lunch and enjoy the ocean breeze. It's also on a dead end street with the beach 60 seconds away (walking) and no traffic. The folks that are regulars and owners on the street are very nice and friendly and make it a relaxing place to stay they make you feel at home as if you live there year round and they see you everyday of the week. The beach is clean open and never crowded and great fishing from the beach. BRING YOUR GEAR and bait. The location is great, just minutes from the stores, great food, shopping and anything you need. Location is perfect on the Cape 45 min in any direction and you can see the whole Cape. The owner was fantastic to deal with and was a pleasure to work with, he responds extremly fast and made the vacation so wonderful and easy to put together. We got an e-mail the next day after we left before we even got home. we will be back PS- Swan River Seafood (great) and very nice staff, always have been. Kevin & Terry Kent Island MD.

Our Home Away From Home

5 of 5
We have been staying at this cottage for over 25 years. We love it, our children love it and now the grandchildren love it.One son and new wife spent their honeymoon here. We have never had any major problem and if something was wrong all we did is report it and the matter was taken care of immediately. It is a lovely location for sight seeing, biking, walking, whale watching, fishing, kayaking, golfing and anything else. The kitchen is equipped for just about any type of cooking including the outside gas grill. There are many good restaurants within 20 to 30 minutes but we find many days we are so comfortable we just have a cocktail and watch the sunset right at home. ENJOY!
