Can't Wait to Go Back!

5 of 5
This is a great house in a great location. We can't wait to come back. I almost don't want to write a great review for fear that it will be harder for us to reserve next time! We had 6-8 people during the week plus a toddler. We were all very comfortable, the house was very nice and clean, and it is set up nicely to all interact or to find your own place for peace and quiet. We could easily have stayed another week. The house had games, beach toys, toys for toddlers, and books. After moving some things like cleaning products and some breakables to a higher spot, the house was pretty toddler friendly. It wasn't Disney World of course, but with several adults and only one toddler it worked well for us. The house is near a road that's a little busy at times, but not too bad. That's the price you pay to be in a convenient location. It's a 2 minute walk to a great gourmet supermarket and CVS, so it's easy to pick up the essentials. It was probably less than a 10 minute walk into town, so we were able to go into town several times a day and not have to take the car. There is a nice little beach nearby at the bay-though it's pretty crowded. The water is a lot warmer there than the other beaches. On both walks you pass beautiful homes and a beautiful view. The owners were very accessible when we had any questions, and we really felt like it was important to them that we enjoyed the house and had a great time. We look forward to coming back in the near future. **I noted below that the property was appropriate for age 55+, but that's assuming stairs are not a problem. As you can see from the pictures you do need to climb stairs to go inside. Also, while it could be a "romantic getaway," the house has a lot of bedrooms. The MB is on the main floor though, so it could feel more intimate if that's what you are looking for.
