Wonderful, quiet property.

5 of 5
I stayed at Larry's property over the weekend with some graduate student friends who were looking for somewhere peaceful to work on thesis writing. We had a great stay. The property was in great condition, the house was spacious, and we were well-supplied with kitchen materials and board games. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. We'll have to return some time in the summer to enjoy the trails on the property!

Perfect Weekend!

5 of 5
Stayed at Perry's house for the weekend with a bunch of my friends and had a great time. The house was clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies for guest usage and is in a really beautiful location- plus it's just 40 min. from Jiminy Peak. Be sure to make use of the snowshoes that Perry generously offers for guest usage. The hike around the lake is really beautiful. Thanks for everything, Perry!

A nice visit

4 of 5
We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year's and overall we were pleased with our visit. But a few things are worth noting: 1. It is a very rural location; no cell phone reception 2. The house was clean and well-maintained, but chilly for a winter visit! The default on the thermostat was set to 50 degrees, so we constantly had to turn it up. The bunk-beds in the basement weren't user-friendly as sleeping space during a winter visit, either. 3. We had very little interaction with the owner, but we were frustrated that the one thing we complained about (the fact that none of the exterior lights worked, which meant it was very dark at night) did not get addressed during our stay.
