PARADISE FOUND

5 of 5
My family and I just returned from our wonderful vacation at Maushop Village. The home was beautiful and the location simply could not be beat. The cottage is literally steps away from the trail to the beach and has ocean views from every window in the main living area! The owners did a fantastic job renovating the cottage, it's very nicely decorated and a genius use of space. Our family enjoyed the cozy streets for biking and walking, the access to both the beach and the marketplace (beach was perfect both day and night!), the views are to die for, the outdoor space is wonderful and fully fenced in which was perfect for kids and enjoying a cocktail or cup of coffee. The cottage truly felt like home to us and we absolutely did not want to leave! We are hoping to return someday and enjoy this big slice of heaven... truly paradise found! Thank you Tracey, you were wonderful to work with!

AMAZING SPOT/ AMAZING VIEWS/ AMAZING HOME

5 of 5
Modernized Cape home with fantastically comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautifully appointed throughout and incredible views of Lewis Bay. Additionally, there's a separate downstairs apartment that has a huge flat-sceen tv/ media center. Outdoor shower, which I love. The grounds w/ hydrangeas are perfectly kept; I think I spent the most time on the front porch watching those incredible Cape sunsets each night... Easy access to Hyannis & shopping, the harbor & great restaurant and Rte. 6 / 28/ 132. Overall perfection ! We so enjoyed our stay!! if you like quiet, privacy, being comfortable and having lovely landlords nearby that will tend to any request, book this gem!!!

GREAT LOCATION AND LOTS OF ROOM

5 of 5
We stayed at Lost Oak cottage for two weeks this summer. We returned because of its many special features. What's unique is that it was historically the station master's home, hence its location at the very start of the scenic Cape Cod Rail (bike) Trail via a short path through the woods. It is also a few minutes from our favorite beach, Marconi Beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and has good waves for surfers. It is also in easy walking distance of a general store, package store, the wonderful Blue Willow bakery and the French bakery and bistro, which is unusual for Cape Cod, and is very convenient. The rooftop deck is a special treat, with beautiful views of the marsh and the birds. It's a great place to tan or enjoy a meal or a drink. This house has a lovely and spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet and a door to the deck. There is also a screened porch. The house provides very pleasant and attractive furnishings, while at the same time being a comfortable house for children and young people. The basement room with the four beds (two twins and a set of bunk beds) is great for teens and twenty somethings because there is also a separate sitting area, TV, table and chairs, and full bathroom on that level, so they can have a private "apartment." The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and have thoughtfully provided many amenities. It is also cool that the cottage runs on solar power.
