Wonderful Restored Carriage Barn and Plenty of Relaxation

5 of 5
This home was perfect for my husband and I. We had plenty of space and lots of room to have a relaxing and special time in Chatham. The location was perfect and the property management company provided excellent service and spot on professionalism. This retreat was painstakingly restored and there is tons of light beaming in. There is a barbecue grill, deck and picnic table for outdoor eating and we will be back to enjoy this retreat again.

Wonderful location

5 of 5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and comfortable setting. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and provided excellent recommendations for dining and hiking. The location is great, minutes away from P'town and Wellfleet but far from the madding crowd. Also, very close to a beautiful beach. And, the proximity of fresh, organic veggies from the farm are an added bonus. We hope to return.

Lovely and Comfortable

5 of 5
We have been in love with Wellfleet for several years now, and we have at last found a home to rent that we love as well. Deirdre and Lisa are a pleasure to talk with, and I really enjoyed learning about the history of the property. They were very available for any questions we had. The barn is just as it looks in the photos on this page - it is clean, bright, and airy. The owners have taken obvious care in making the space feel comfortable and lovely, from the paint colors to the well placed art and accents. We traveled with our 7 year old son, and he appreciated the two tree swings in the yard, as well as the platform in one of the trees. He also enjoyed choosing each night between the Harry Potter bed or the bed in the other private nook upstairs. We all enjoyed the chickens that came over to visit each afternoon! The location is perfect for us - quiet and secluded-feeling, but a short drive or bike ride from town. We are already thinking ahead to when we can book the house for next summer!
