LOCATION, COMFORT, AND VIEW... ALL GREAT.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this P-town rental. Although the room was a bit on the small side, it was warm and cozy, even with it being off-season. The owner was very accommodating to us and when a larger room was available, she let us stay there with no extra cost. The location of the rental cannot be beat, it being right on the beach, and in the center of P-town... within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops.

                    COZY AND CLOSE BY

                    4 of 5
I actually think I stayed in Unit #13, not 18. It was a lovely stay. I enjoyed being close to the action - just a few minutes down Commercial Street to all of the great restaurants, bars, and shops of Ptown. Still, Angels landing is just far off Commercial street that all I could hear from my window was the crash of the waves. Having the peace and quiet once it was bedtime was a major plus. I'm not sure if it's always as quiet - as there are a lot of units around - but the neighbors I had were very friendly and polite. The room was clean, and cozy, and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, glasses and dishes. It seemed like a good deal too. I had some friends staying in more updated condos for for a bit more - but I'm very happy with what I got, and I would stay there again any time. The parking location was a few blocks away, but I didn't really mind it. The use of the driveway to load and unload helped. The directions provided by the landlords were helpful, as were the guidelines. The landlords were also very kind and helpful.

                    THE HEART OF PROVINCETOWN!

                    5 of 5
Location Location Location! We loved the studio apt. it was so cozy with lovely pictures on the walls, wooden blinds and small flat screen television. The kitchen was fully stocked and immaculate. The location was fantastic, we relaxed on the furnished deck overlooking the beach and wharf. Right past the white picket gate there are a coffee, a sandwich, and cupcake shop with outdoor seating. Look across the street and you are in the shadow of the incredible historic building that houses the P-Town library. Best of all you are in the middle of this exciting town. We parked our car and only used it once (free parking too). We rode bikes to the beach bike trail and Pilgrim monument (there is a bike rack too). It was so nice to stroll around and be so close to everything. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries and the best whale watching on the east coast.
