                      Memorable & Breathless

                      5 of 5
Absolutely sparkling clean from top to bottom. This vacation spot was perfect for the three of us. The place is surprisingly cozy. The high ceilings and views make the place perfect to call yours for the week! The bed was so comfortable and though the place is small it was organized efficiently with plenty of room to hang your clothes and unpack your bags and kick back for the week. The deck was where we spent most our time relaxing watching breathless sunrise and sunsets. We enjoyed kayaking and just laying back after a long day on the beach, which is either a kayak ride away or a short ride down the road. The convenience of walking across the street to the local fish market and picking up steamed 2-lb lobsters, steamers and more was a treat and so much more relaxing for us, rather than being in a crowded restaurant. The home is equipped for simple meals and we also enjoyed grilling on the deck while watching the amazing cranes, ducks and other kayaks going down the canal. The owners take pride and loved the beach theme decor and that it included Wi-Fi, cable TV on a Flat screen TV, includes cooking utensils, coffee pot, pots/pans and, air conditioning (in the bedroom) - the amazing breeze we had - we hardly had it on and with sliding doors, ceiling fans was sufficient and comfortable. There was everything we needed right out our front door - restaurants, convenience store, ice cream, beaches, views. Absolutely memorable and we hope to be back! The Grahams 7/2014 --

                      Little bit of heaven

                      5 of 5
I had the pleasure of staying at Summer Place just a week ago. It more than met my expectations. It is heavenly! The home seems more spacious than in the photos. It is immaculate and oh so comfortable! The location is a great starting point to discover the beauty of Old Cape Cod. Pat And Reggie are the most delightful hosts..never invading your privacy but just a call away.if needed. I have already recommended this property to family members and friends. It was everything i hoped for and more. Ladies if your into thrift shops,,,i found a good as new Christian Dior wool blazer for 35 dollars! My aim was to relax. I could do as much or as little as i wanted. Nothing is too far away. Even the 2 private beaches! If your looking for a little piece of heaven...its Summer Place....Thanks Pat and Reggie!

                      PERFECT vacation home

                      5 of 5
This was our 2nd summer for renting this wonderful home.. The house is perfectly located on the cape, tucked in between charming Osterville and the tourist town of Hyannis. The home itself is right on the Centerville River(literally outside the back door) and the ocean(Craigville beach) is few hundred yards from the front door.. We found the decor to be quintessential New England beach style... very lovely. This is a great home for children. we had 2 kayaks(one provided by owner), 2 paddle boards and a huge tube to float around on the river... the views from the livingroom/kitchen are spectacular! the kitchen is amply equipped for cooking and entertaining.. They have a chalk board pantry closet door in the kitchen that the kids loved to draw on. We have already booked for summer '14 and cannot wait for another fun filled vacation .I would highly recommend this home.
