Pristine View and Flawless Property

5 of 5
We just completed our 4th visit to Briar Point, and for more reasons that could fit in this review, highly recommend that you experience what we have been privileged to enjoy over the past several years. What makes Briar Point so special is that it is not just a “rental.” It is a very beautiful home, meticulously cared for by the owners, and they graciously allow us to use it as our home when we visit the Cape.

The property is immaculate, inside and out. We first visited in 2009, and the level of care continues to be perfect. The owners are constantly upgrading the amenities for our convenience. The kitchen this year has a new dishwasher and refrigerator, with a new washer and dryer in the laundry area; all are top of the line appliances. Last year the garage area was magically turned into a children’s play area, complete with a large flat screen tv. Then there is the 60” tv and Bose sound system in the great room.

This home is located in a very nice, quiet, residential area and is minutes from restaurants, stores, and our favorite place, Nauset beach. One of the nicest additions for your enjoyment is the pool, which is a perfect stopping place when you return from the beach.

We could go on, but pictures speak louder. Enjoy your virtual tour of this unique property and give it a try. When you open the door and see the beautiful flower arrangements placed throughout the house, you’ll know you have chosen the right vacation home for you.

Now, we realize that a review of this nature may very well prompt people to visit Briar Point, and that visit may preclude us from being able to spend another week in paradise. But there is something about Briar Point that compels us to share its goodness with everyone; it definitely brings out the better, “sharing,” angels of our nature. We could not do otherwise. It’s that good.

Delightful stay in Provincetown

5 of 5
Our week-long stay in one of the Studio Cottages at Hideaway Hill was perfect in every way. Jonathan and Camille are wonderful hosts - nearby, attentive and responsive, and yet our cottage was quiet and private. The studio was spotless, airy and stocked with just the right necessities (electric tea kettle for instance) but uncluttered. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the reading lamps on both sides. The picture window facing the trees was a lovely spot for breakfast and card playing, and the deck added an outdoor space in which to relax as well. There's an overhang outside the cottage which allowed us to keep our bikes at hand and out of the reach of rain. The cottage is both cozy and spacious - really well cared for and thoughtfully arranged. The location, on the East end, was ideal for us—an easy bike ride or walk into town and yet a quiet retreat. We enjoyed riding our bikes around town and on the trails through the dunes and to the beaches. The art galleries in town are active - several openings on Friday and lots of engaging owners and assistants. Suzanne's garden is a peaceful and beautiful spot and, although we did not spend time there, the beach near the cottage it is lovely as well. Our cottage at HideAwayHill is a gem and we are grateful for the our excellent hosts, Jonathan and Camille. We will surely return.

Fabulous Family Vacation Rental!!

5 of 5
We decided to rent in Cape Cod this summer and we were not disappointed. As a real estate agent, myself, I was hesitant since photos and descriptions can be misleading. I am happy to say that this home delivers 100%. It was very easy to work with the owners so the vacation planning was seamless and easy. My 3 kids ages 12, 13 and 14 had such a great time using all of the fun water toys that are included with this rental. Amazingly, we never heard them complain that we did not allow them their electronics for the week. They were outside and enjoyed themselves immensely. My husband and I were able to enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine while our kids went windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. It honestly was a wonderful vacation and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this home to friends and family.
