I'm always nervous about renting a house from photos so we were very happy to walk into this pristine, fresh and bright home that was accurately represented by the ad photos. Aside from being spacious, clean and fresh, it's clear that the owners want their guests to have a very pleasant experience as they have equipped the house, particularly the kitchen with everything you could need. Dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils and appliances were all in perfect condition which is not always (or often) the case in other rentals we've stayed in. The house is located on a very quiet street and the privacy was great. We also enjoyed our morning coffee in the spacious but intimate backyard which is not shown in the photos but is very pretty and private. We traveled with our two girls, 5 and 10 who both enjoyed running around the yard as well. The owners were very professional and easy to deal with. Internet connection was perfect. There were some things to do in the area but it's not a very commercial location- more suburban. You absolutely need a car to get around, nothing was within walking distance- not an issue for us, but worthy of mentioning for those who want to be located in more of a busy hub. There is a very cute, original "blast from the past" type general store and good ice cream parlor several minutes away, by car. Mini golf, beaches and restaurants were also a short drive away. Driving to the neighboring towns of Orleans, Harwich and Chatham were pretty close, about 7-15 minutes by car.

Beautiful Cape Decour, spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location, just a short walk to the Lynx Bar, 1st Hole of the golf course, and Arbor swimming pool. Hope to stay here again and will highly recommend to any friends / family visiting Brewster, especially to attend a wedding at Ocean Edge (which is what we did). Harold was very easy to communicate with and offered wonderful area / resort activity recommendations. A pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

The proximity of this well-maintained cottage to The Rail Trail makes a biking holiday fun. Staying in Brewster also made exploring The Cape by car and on foot easy. My best recommendation is to say that "I can't wait to return".
