Beautiful Property! Choose this one!!

5 of 5
Wow! This house was gorgeous! It far exceeded our expectations ! It was so clean...spacious..cozy....convenient...comfortable ..did I mention it was clean? The owners met us when we arrived..such a nice couple! It was great to get tips on the area and suggestions of what to do while we were there! We loved being "mid-Cape"... The location is literally "30 minutes" to everywhere. The hot tub was great. The "pond" very close..it was so nice to have beach chairs for everyone. We loved that there was never a shortage of towels....or utensils..or pots and pans. We would go back here in a heartbeat! Thanks Marie and Logan for sharing your beautiful home with us and for making us feel so welcome. See you next time! :) The Kloters and the Widmers

Great rental - living in somebody else's back yard

4 of 5
The house itself was lovely, clean, well-appointed and everything you would want in a Cape getaway. The yard is fenced in and the deck had a gas grill. I really enjoyed having a safe space whether my small dog was welcome. The location is also great if you have a car. There is internet over WiFi but the coverage is spotty. The ONLY negative is that the cottage is in the backyard of the owner's home. You are sharing the yard with their family during their daily living. While we were there they had a few family gatherings and someone was doing truck repair which was noisy and produced exhaust fumes. When I asked, they did turn the truck off. The family was very friendly and as accommodating as possible. So if you are not looking for complete privacy you will not be bothered by the closeness.

Quiet Solitude

5 of 5
My family of 5 from ages 21 to 90 arrived at the Brewster home greeted by the owner and everything was clean and in order. There was plenty of room to sleep 6. The home was larger than we expected with an excellent view of the bay and the atmosphere serene with the sounds of many birds in the marsh. We attended a family wedding at the Wequasett Resort closeby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the view as well as the lovely walk to the beach. We ate at local favorite Land Ho in Brewster as well as the Lost Dog. We went thrift store shopping and found some excellent buys. With Provincetown so closeby, we took a ride there to Race Point and ate at the Squealing Pig. Plymouth and all its history drive was only 1/2 hour away, we were able to visit with some relatives there as well as a trip to Boston 1 1/2 hrs away. We highly recommend this home for your vacation.
