GREAT HOUSE FOR FAMILY VACATION

5 of 5
We stayed for a week in the summer of 2014 and had a fabulous time. The home has a modern kitchen and was a clean house and perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 children) with all the supplies needed for a summer vacation provided. We all loved the large rear yard and huge outdoor shower, and the AC units were perfect for cooling off the home on especially hot days. We walked to the private fresh water pond (really more of a lake as it's really big) a number of times during the week. It was clean and clear and perfect for an evening swim or taking the kids when we didn't want to go to the beach. Overall a great house and truly was a wonderful summer vacation.

HONEYMOON COTTAGE

5 of 5
I booked this pet friendly home for my son and his bride. They wanted to have a place to go with their pet after the wedding and still be near family coming from out of town who were staying at the venue. We also had a rehearsal dinner cookout at the cottage so the new families could get to know each other. The house was perfect, tucked away but very accessible, roomy but still like a cottage. I live nearby so I checked it out personally, very clean and well appointed. Ida was sweet and welcoming. I was told numerous times it was the best money I ever spent! I highly recommend this property.

QUIET SOLITUDE

5 of 5
My family of 5 from ages 21 to 90 arrived at the Brewster home greeted by the owner and everything was clean and in order. There was plenty of room to sleep 6. The home was larger than we expected with an excellent view of the bay and the atmosphere serene with the sounds of many birds in the marsh. We attended a family wedding at the Wequasett Resort closeby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the view as well as the lovely walk to the beach. We ate at local favorite Land Ho in Brewster as well as the Lost Dog. We went thrift store shopping and found some excellent buys. With Provincetown so closeby, we took a ride there to Race Point and ate at the Squealing Pig. Plymouth and all its history drive was only 1/2 hour away, we were able to visit with some relatives there as well as a trip to Boston 1 1/2 hrs away. We highly recommend this home for your vacation.
