Gorgeous

5 of 5
We had a fabulous family vacation at this stunning property. The landscape is eased from Route 6A all the way down to the water, and it is surprisingly private. We used the little boat house for sunset drinks and saw cranes and wild fox in the marsh. Immaculately clean, the owner left a wonderful welcome basket with wines and cheese, making us feel right at home. We loved the master bedroom with new bathroom and the view over to Sandy Neck was delightful. We kayaked over to the sand bars at low tide, went swimming off the dock daily at high tide. Easy walk into town for coffee at Nirvana. Owner and caretaker very accommodating. Could not recommend more highly!! SCL

Beautiful, and peaceful!

5 of 5
We loved our stay at this waterfront home. It was even more beautiful than advertised. The home was large enough for our 7 family members, and all beds were very comfy. All amenities needed were in the home. We especially loved the outdoor pavilion, and new outdoor patio. The pavilion was actually like another room. (It had great furniture- 2 reclining chairs and a love-seat.) The patio had a grill, a fire-pit, and 6 comfortable sling-back adirondack chairs. We looked forward to relaxing outdoors every night, and watching the beautiful sunset. We loved every minute of our stay in Barnstable. (The property was extremely clean, well-mained, and included all amenities needed. The owner also got right back to me with any questions.) I will certainly tell friends about this great vacation home.

One of the Best Times of Our Lives

5 of 5
We spent a fantastic week with our friends on this beautiful property overlooking Barnstable Harbor. The boat house was the perfect setting for my partner's surprise proposal, and the property managers Paul and Mike were absolutely fantastic to work with. The views from the backyard are probably some of the best you'll find in New England, and the houses themselves lend very well to entertaining groups of friends and family. While very 60's modern in style, the main house didn't feel dated at all and was a fun setting for our evening game nights. The guest house was a series of pleasant little bedrooms that all had windows or patios that overlooked the beautiful gardens. The boat house was probably the best of all, since it sits on a private beach (during low tide) and has lots of canoes, kayaks, and beach furniture for adventures as well as lounging. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for beautiful views and a little piece of heaven on the Cape.
