Beautiful Home, Perfect Area

5 of 5
We had family there from Germany and from upstate NY and all gathered there for our wedding. The owners were very easy going and were very helpful. The house was really beautiful, each room had a different feel and there was plenty of space that no one felt crammed in. We loved every second we spent in this fantastic house and plan on going back again and again. The location is great as well and close to everything from whale watching to shopping and downtown Hyannis for restaurants and bars with great beaches within a short drive. Something for everyone!

One of the Best Times of Our Lives

5 of 5
We spent a fantastic week with our friends on this beautiful property overlooking Barnstable Harbor. The boat house was the perfect setting for my partner's surprise proposal, and the property managers Paul and Mike were absolutely fantastic to work with. The views from the backyard are probably some of the best you'll find in New England, and the houses themselves lend very well to entertaining groups of friends and family. While very 60's modern in style, the main house didn't feel dated at all and was a fun setting for our evening game nights. The guest house was a series of pleasant little bedrooms that all had windows or patios that overlooked the beautiful gardens. The boat house was probably the best of all, since it sits on a private beach (during low tide) and has lots of canoes, kayaks, and beach furniture for adventures as well as lounging. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for beautiful views and a little piece of heaven on the Cape.
