My wife and I stayed off-season, in late March, when the weather was quite variable. This condo was a great place to be through all sorts of different weather. On a sunny, warm day, it's "home base" while spending time in the sun, on the beach or on the boardwalk, just outside the building. If you don't want the beach when it's too cold to go into the ocean, the front balcony offers a great view of the beach, the ocean, and the boardwalk, and the back balcony offers very nice sunset views. On cool or rainy days (or the one day we actually had snow!), there are many cozy places to curl up with a book or watch TV.
The master bedroom is beautifully appointed, and the master bathroom even has a whirlpool tub. The "second master" bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the third bedroom, with its bunk beds appropriate for kids, is across the hallway from the third bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV, and there is a large screen TV in the living room, with a great couch for lounging while watching.
The kitchen is well laid-out and open to the living room and dining room areas, so you can talk with people while working, and also has a nice breakfast counter. The dining area has a large table with seating for 16. The entire unit is immaculate and clearly well-maintained, and Laura, the owner, is a wonderfully charming person.
We were quite pleased with our stay and would certainly recommend this place to our friends, some of whom stayed a couple of nights with us while we were there.
