Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view, very clean and the location is great. Perfect place for our annual adult mini vacation. We look forward to returning again next year. Larry the owner is great to work with

Comfortable condo with great beach and pool

4 of 5
Stayed for a week with daughter, son-in-law and two four year olds. Beach was very convenient for family and delightful. Condo was clean, roomy for family and had all the amenities you need at the beach with kids plus great views. A welcome extra was the excellent Wi-Fi service as I had to do some work while there.

Amazing view, nice location, quirky property

4 of 5
We stayed here for a week-long summer vacation in the peak of the summer season. This is a spacious, two bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. It's one of the largest two bedroom units I've ever seen. The ocean view is spectacular, among the finest in Ocean City, and being on the top floor provides plenty of privacy. The living room and master suite both look out over the ocean, and connect to the balcony. It's an upscale resort, by OC standards, with indoor pool, game room, hot tubs, restaurant, etc. The unit is a tad dated, in terms of decorating, with 90s era carpeting, colors, drapes and furnishings. Not a big deal, but notable. The layout of the resort is a bit odd. From the lobby, to get to the unit you must first take an elevator to the fifth floor, get off, then walk a long way around to a second elevator which takes you to your room. You'll quickly learn shortcuts to get to the beach or the pool, and this elevator situation is mainly painful on move in and move out. It adds quite a bit of time to each trip. The resort staff is friendly, although there's an odd situation with this particular unit not being managed by the resort. We had a minor issue with one of the toilettes, and called down to the desk to report it. A few minutes later the manager called to let us know that we needed to call the rental company for the repair, since this unit is independent of the resort. Not a big deal, we called and the rental company sent over a repairman. However, the next day we called down to the front desk to ask about how best to dispose of our trash, and were told again, call the management company. Seriously? The resort staff couldn't tell us where the dumpsters were located? So there seems to be an odd, adversarial situation going on between the resort and the unit rental company. Again, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but notable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit. My wife and our two sons had plenty of space, loved the spectacular ocean vistas, and took advantage of the many amenities this resort has to offer. We would stay here, again.
