Definitely worth it!

The cabin was wonderful! It was in a great location, secluded in the woods but a close enough drive to shops and the ski resort! Everything was in great condition upon arrival and was exactly as stated in the rental summary. I highly reccomend considering this cabin as a choice for a Deep Creek Vacation! Doris is extremely easy to work with and is very easy to get a hold of!

Perfect escape for 2!

5 of 5
This was perfect for the quick trip we took to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was beautiful and relaxing. You get ultimate privacy and a chance to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Laura was wonderful, especially since we called last minute to set up the reservation. If it is winter you need to have AWD or 4WD with good clearance. We had a RAV4 and while the main highways had almost no snow, there was 4 inches at the cabin. We are hoping to visit twice a year and looking forward to enjoying some of the hiking in the local area. Thank you for helping us to relax, reconnect, and recharge!

Absolutely Wonderful

5 of 5
Our entire getaway was beyond words. The area is beautiful, the cabin was clean, well stocked and smelled like fall. The chickens and mules were an added bonus. The hot tub was perfection, a wonderful way to relax on a cold October night. It's quiet, and peaceful. The water had a very metallic/iron smell, which is why we took literally 2 minutes in the shower, but I am guessing it is well water and it's been in place for many many years. That didn't ruin our time though, maybe if it was a week long stay, but for a short weekend, you don't really need a long-hot shower unless you are doing a lot of hiking, swimming, sweating, etc. No other issues at all, and I wouldn't really call that a major issue. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. We plan on returning and would recommend this place to anyone. We have already told so many people about it already.
