Great Condo/Location!

5 of 5
Accurate Description and Photos, Owner was easy to work with, and booking online was simple. Do not hesitate to book this property! King size bed was very comfy, and balcony was refreshing. Owner sent info package prior to my stay that was extremely informative regarding condo and parking. One of my favorite restaurants during my stay was called "Liquid Assets" on 94th st... Fantastic Find...Quite a few steps up to get to condo.

Comfortable, and Convenient

4 of 5
Thank you for our 4 night stay, we really enjoyed the location. The stay was good, there were a few things that could be improved but easily fixed and we appreciated the great communication with the property manager, very professional. I think housekeeping could have done a better job to clean prior to our arrival. My 1.5 year old daughter picked up hair pins off the floor and wrapper on the floor. But the kitchen and bathroom were clean, but i wish they would not have left the wet sponge sitting in the sink. When i sat on the floor I def felt like it was time to give this place a good wet vac and wash the floor mats (easy fix)! Please put a towel or mat in the bathroom, the floor gets slippery. The washer detergent was so fragrant next to the bed I had to move it into the kitchen during the stay. However, the convenience of the washer/dryer was fantastic. The unit ran out of paper products, etc (renters likely took more than they needed). And the top lock/deadbolt did not work. It could be due to the heat or rust but we just could not get the key to lock it, which was a little frustrating. Also reminder to bring your own coffee, its not like a hotel (a good thing to know at 5 am)!! We loved having the items in the storage to use! 3 beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. Was super convenient. Also we liked the wash outside in the back to rinse all the sand off. The reserved parking spot was nice however a bit tight if you had an SUV. There was not an oceanview but for the price, all you have to do is just walk 15 steps to the beach. And if you have kids just remember you have to walk up to the second floor. It was quiet in and around the building, i could hear the neighbors but its quieter than a hotel. Very safe and friendly area and close to everything. We would recc to others, all in all.
