Incredible

5 of 5
Best vacation my fiancée and I have had in a long time. Getting away from Utah, spending time together, not wasting money on an hotel room... Was a great call. Would recommend this place to any and everyone who wants to come to the area. Everything is in walking distance and people were great. Honestly the only negative was parking but part of the experience.

Great place to stay in Baltimore's Little Italy

5 of 5
Perfect location for tourist or conventioneer in Baltimore's Harbor. We were attending a conference and 8 of us found a great local home. Two upstairs, open-air patio's made lounging outdoors easy and fun. This house puts you right in the middle of things so you can walk almost everywhere a tourist would want to go in the Harbor area. Compared to a big hotel this more affordable option allowed us to bond like we haven't in years. An experience we will repeat as we can with this house in Baltimore as an ideal template for such getaways!

Adventurous Acommodations

4 of 5
We had a wonderful time in Baltimore and staying on a houseboat added to the adventures. There were 4 adults and 2 college students (adults too) in our group. Each of us had beds and there was room to hang out together in the evening. One thing I did not expect was the rocking of the boat throughout the evening. It wasn't a problem, and was soothing as we laid down to sleep. I was worried that we'd be cold but the boat heated up nicely. Donovan, the caretaker, met us when we arrived and had the boat warm and inviting. He was helpful giving up tips for the boat and downtown area. The location is ideal. We walked downtown in minutes and had a plethora of restaurants, shops, and coffee houses to choose from. We ate dinner at an Ethiopian restaurant downtown that was marvelous. Others staying on houseboats (visitors like us and locals that live there) were very friendly. The only downside was the mattress for the pull out couch. It was awful and made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. There was a blow up mattress available but it was a single not a double. The mattress in the state room was exceptional! So much so that our friends plan to buy one for themselves. I would recommend this house boat and the company to others, in fact, I already have. It was very affordable, comfortable, warm, in a great location (parking was abundant at the marina - thank you), and a different experience for a weekend visit.
