Just perfect

5 of 5
Loved loved loved this property. Gorgeous views of the river with the boats and birds gliding by. What a find, the house is tucked away in a small waterfront community , they type I thought were all plowed down for big developments. Deeeelightful. We visited Annapolis, a quick ride, and it was nice but I couldn't wait to get back to our hideaway. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house has everything you need, comfy beds, plenty of living space, nice decks around. We ate dinners out but really enjoyed our breakfasts with a view and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your own meals if you wanted to. The quiet roads lent themselves to long walks with our dog , who also loved it here. Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will not regret your choice.

Great USNA Parent's Weekend Home Base

5 of 5
We could not have been more happy with our stay at this house. We were first time HomeAway renters so we were a bit nervous but we did our homework and had a great weekend. We enjoyed the house and beautiful wrap around porch and yard. It was the perfect spot for our pleb to relax after a very demanding summer in training. Plenty of great restaurants nearby but also cooked in the nice, gourmet kitchen. We were less than 10 minutes from the USNA and were able to go the back way by the stadium to avolid the traffic in downtown Annapolis. We also enjoyed kayaking on Spa creek from the rentals at Truxton park- just a 5 minute walk away. We even did the kayak tour of the harbour and enjoyed learning the history of the area.I would highly recommend this house and plan to rent it again in the future.

Great Find

5 of 5
This cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient! This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is close to a grocery store, restaurants, Blockbuster, gas station....all the necessities....and within a 5-10 minute drive to Annapolis Naval Academy and the historic district. The house is an ideal size for a small family. The living room is furnished with a comfy sectional plus a chaise and the dining room table seats four. The house wasn't lacking anything that I expected and the owners put in some nice details in terms of decorating and hospitalty that I was not expecting. There is a good sized deck on the back and side of the house for more living space in warmer months. I will definitely return if I have occasion to go back to Annapolis.
