QUINTESSENTIAL NEW ENGLAND CHARM

5 of 5
Cute as a button, clean as a whistle. Four of us enjoyed this charming Cape Cod house for 4 nights. Working with Kevin was a breeze; he was so responsive to all of my e-mails; gaining entry to the house was effortless. Quiet neighborhood with a view of a cove; walkable to restaurants and beach. We enjoyed dinners at the York Harbor Pub, Dockside Restaurant, went to Nubble Lighthouse, walked on the Cliff Walk, toured the Old Gaol in York Village, enjoyed ice cream at the local ice cream parlor, enjoyed shopping at the Kittery Outlets on the one rainy day; also enjoyed dinner at When Pigs Fly. A great time was had by all. We would definitely recommend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL AND IMMACULATE HOME, WORTH EVERY PENNY.

5 of 5
The property was accurately described, if anything, it is better than it's description. The view is amazing and the staff first class. We had our wedding at the Inn and our family and wedding party were able to utilize this as a hub for all things related to the wedding and finished it off with a BBQ the day after. Highly recommend anyone that is considering staying here to go through with it, you won't be disappointed.

PERFECT FOR FAMILY REUNION OR WEDDING PARTY/GUESTS

5 of 5
We visited the area in early May, hoping that this lovely home might be appropriate for a family reunion celebrating our 75th birthdays in mid-July. We were thrilled by the ambience, location, classic charm and totally modern updates. The size is so generous that it will nicely accomodate us with our 3 children and their families. I am excited about being able to host lunches, cocktail parties or dinners for all on the wonderful front porch! And if cooking is not what we're feeling like doing, the house is located only steps away from York Harbor Inn, Stage Neck Inn, or snacks on the beach. Anyone planning a wedding at York Harbor Inn, Stage Neck Inn or one of the nearby churches would find this to be a perfect place for family members to stay together, or members of the wedding party to stay. The paint still smells fresh, hardwood floors are throughout, the furniture has been tastefully chosen and bedrooms have all new mattresses and bedding. I could tell by looking that this will be a five star place to celebrate our birthdays surrounded by family and friends! We are looking forward to it in July!
