Best way to spend a 3-day weekend on coastal Maine

5 of 5
Our Labor Day weekend aboard the Charles Andrew exceeded all expectations. The boat is new, well appointed and perfectly maintained, all amenities are as advertised. During the day we explored under power, paddle, sail. . . Evenings we enjoyed great dinner at the boatyard restaurant (with full bar), watched a movie aboard and did some reading. Kids had a blast boating, fishing, watching seals right from their berth, etc. most important, the boatyard staff are delightful people who bent over backwards to make sure that we were having a great time. We strongly recommend this venue if you are looking for a memorable vacation.

A real Maine maritime experience.

5 of 5
The cottage, setting and hospitality were wonderful. The cottage was just the right size for my small family. We enjoyed the location with the State beach nearby, many other trails to hike. We had a blast rowing the small rowboat through the cove and had a beautiful sail on board the Typhoon. From the start the staff and management were wonderful, even finding a babysitter for us the kids loved. Georgetown has a lot to offer specially for those that what to get away from more crowded resort towns.
