The property was everything as advertised and more

5 of 5
The amenities were all that we needed and the venue was outstanding. Our host Paula and Matt surprised us with a gift tray for the wedding and were at our convenience if any issues arose, but none ever did. I would highly recommend spending time at the Maine Ski House to families and those wanting an experience they will never forget. We are discussing having future family gatherings in Maine here. Thank you so much.

Cute cabin

4 of 5
Our group stayed in this cabin for a weekend of spring skiing at Sugarloaf. We generally stay in the Rangeley area as we ski both Sugarloaf and Saddleback and Rangeley is closer to our home. A couple in our group wanted to ski only at Sugarloaf so we chose this cabin. The cabin is located on Route 27 but we found it be very quiet without much road noise. The cabin is very cute and met all of our needs. The sunken living room with wood stove was interesting and the living room had a beautiful peaceful view. The outside wood shed was enclosed and therefore all wood dry and owners even left kindling to light the stove with. I found the cabin to be clean and comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms are small but adequate. The cabin would be most comfortable with 6 - 8 might be a tight fit particularly with one bathroom. We would definitely consider renting this cabin again on a future trip to the Sugarloaf area.

Great cozy vacation home for large group

4 of 5
This vacation home is a great place for a large group of friends or family. My friends and I had a awesome time. The open layout of the living room kitchen and dining room allowed for everyone to just hanging out and have fun without feeling excluded or having to cram into a little room. It was a definite perk to have the pool table and hot tub on the premises and the full kitchen and laundry made it like a home away from home. Sunday River was also a very short drive which was convenient for us to get to. The beds were comfy and the place was clean and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this place and we will definitely be renting again in the future.
