The property is a clean, well-equipped, well-appointed space on two levels, with very comfortable arm chairs for relaxing, beautiful morning light, and a gorgeous mountain view. The porch is small but serviceable. The condo has plenty of room for at least six people and plenty of storage for gear, coats, etc., and a reasonable amount of privacy. While generally not fancy, most everything you could need is available in the kitchen, and you could easily enjoy all your meals here. The Snubber chair is immediately adjacent. Lots of games and movies for kids. The owner Kristen was amazingly responsive throughout the experience -- from first contact to prompt return of the security deposit. Her descriptions were accurate and easy to follow and she provided whatever information asked for. A pleasure to rent from her.
All in all, I don't think you can find a better value ski-in, ski-out in Sugarloaf. (But spring season skiers should remember the Snubber closes mid-April after which you can ski in, but not, unfortunately "out", alas!).
