We stayed in one of the smaller units that are not described in this advertisement. It was a little different than this picture - there are actually two buildings with multiple apartments. The building we stayed in was not pictured in the promotions, but on a nearby side street. That being said, it's literally a stone's throw from the public access to the beach. We loved the convenience of being so close!! The apartment itself is a good bargain for the space you get. We had two bedrooms (one Queen and one Full), a dining room kitchen combo with full sized appliances, and a small living room. Be warned, this is by no means a luxury apartment. The furniture is old and worn (most of it looks like it came from a yard sale) and the apartment itself is old - pretty dated interior. BUT, it was clean and for the high season, it was a reasonable price. There were three adults and one infant staying there, and we felt it was a little tight, but manageable. It's also a nice part of the beach. Don't confuse this for Moody Beach (also in the Wells) which is closer to Ogunquit. They are similar, but during high tide, Wells Beach is harder to walk on. There's less beach exposed, but again, this location is literally across the road, so you can always walk over check it out and walk back if it's not a good time. We usually come in the fall and stopped in at Ogunquit beach one day just to see it. There were literally thousands of people crammed into a small space. We were happy we chose to stay where we did! I'd recommend this place if you are looking for easy beach access and need a little extra space than a hotel room, or if you need a kitchen like we did.
