Incredible

5 of 5
We came back home today from the most relaxing, fun vacation we have had in a while. The day we got there was our 50th wedding anniversary and Rick and Sherry had champayne waiting for us, they are 2 of the nicest people we have met. The home they have made for the lucky people who get to rent is awesome the pictures dont show all the little things they do , the sparkling clean rooms, the sweet smelling linens, hand soaps at each sink, lotions in the bath, I could go on and on. The only drawback was the beach that is across the road and a short stroll away is very rocky I would advise that you bring old sneakers or water shoes so your entry into the water is easier on the feet. I am sure that we will be back. Cathy & Danny Litchfield NH

Peaceful, restorative idyll in a special place

5 of 5
My family loves this magical, quiet house in a green corner of Maine, close to lakes and ponds, hiking trails, rivers to canoe or kayak, and great antiquing, with a hill full of blueberries to pick in season. The large kitchen is perfect for family gatherings as meals are prepared. The dining room table expands to seat quite a large party. The fireplace is often the focus after dinner. And then outside a sky full of stars, and even shooting stars if we are lucky. We always rejoice to arrive here again, and leave at the end of our visit rested and renewed. We feel very lucky to have found this summer treasure.

Fantastic!

5 of 5
Spent last week there with another family (4 adults/4 kids). Plenty of room for all. Photos don't do it justice! Very well maintained and comfortable place. Porch perfect place to listen to the loons with your coffee in the morning. Location on the lake is perfect for access to great fishing spots and sheltered waters for tubing/skiing. Frye Island short boat ride away for lunch trip. Hoping to repeat next year!
