Outstanding views in complete luxury!

5 of 5
Words seem inadequate to describe just how lovely, clean, and perfectly located this beach home is. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Julie and Ryan gave us a great tour explaining how everything worked (be sure to get a quick tutorial on the awesome master shower and all it's options). Everyone (6 adults and 3 children) found their beds comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind in planning sleeping arrangements is that the fourth bedroom (queen bed) is really a sitting room off the bedroom with the three twins and one queen and has only a stand fan for cooling and ventilation. Additionally, one of the full bathrooms is also off that same sitting room, so the person(s) sleeping there will have a lot of traffic going by them at night which a light sleeper might find difficult. We loved both spacious decks with incredible views and plenty of seating and thoroughly enjoyed OOB's Thursday night fireworks. We found beachcombing, swimming, and relaxing while enjoying the view so satisfying that we rarely left the home except to eat at a few local restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking ourselves in the very well equipped kitchen. For lobsters and steamers, Bayley's Lobster Pound (just a few blocks away) was our favorite. Another bonus is plenty of parking for multiple cars if you come with multiple drivers. All in all, it was a truly fantastic week!

A Beautiful Vacation with Family & Friends!

5 of 5
Not having visited the Pine Point area before, we were more than pleasantly surprised by this rental. This is a beautifully renovated property with an immense amount of style and all of the comforts of home. The location is fantastic for walking to local eateries, two blocks to the beach or very easily driving to the area's numerous other activities - without the traffic and congestion of the Kennebunkport area. We had both friends and family visit for short stays and the adults and kids alike loved the house and the location immensely. The owners have furnished the home with acute attention to quality and the beach style that we were looking for on our maine vacation. Sunsets over the water were beautiful every night. A must-stay if you're looking to spend relaxing, comfortable, quality time with kids, friends and family in Maine!

Corporate Retreat in Style

5 of 5
Fantastic property and perfect for our group. We held our annual corporate meeting here and we could not have chosen a better place. The house is huge and has plenty of room to spread out. We were able to hold several breakout sessions at the same time, freeing up later in the afternoon to enjoy the property’s’ many amenities. The weather was better than we had anticipated so we were able to walk the beach, which is great, long and flat. We had cocktails on the spacious deck in the evening, and then took turns cooking in the chefs’ kitchen. The bedrooms were well laid out and very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms, which is good since we were with our co-workers. The grounds were spacious and well maintained. Although it would have been nice if the flowers and grasses were up. I guess that’s what you get for Maine in the early spring. Overall the property was just lovely, inside and out.
