Our Wonderful Vacation in Maine

5 of 5
Our family had a great time at the Chalet in the woods on Panther Pond. We felt right at home from the time we arrived and were all sad to leave at week's end. Great location to do other things in the area, comfy house, incredibly quiet and peaceful, sandy, kid friendly beach area and use of canoe's and a rowboat. What else does one need on a family trip? The hosts are great and very thorough explaining everything to us upon arrival. House was very clean with everything you need for a week's stay. Kids loved swimming, fishing, canoeing and just exploring the woods in the area. All in all maybe our best family vacation spot yet!

Week getaway

5 of 5
I can't even begin to explain how much fun our family had. It was amazing from start to finish! The house was the perfect size and had everything you need for a relaxing week. I am already looking to book for next summer. We spent lots of time on the dock fishing and swimming and even kayaking. The fire pit was fantastic for cooking and enjoying cool nights. The deck was amazing with gorgeous views. We enjoyed dinners in and out and lots of shopping at local stores. We will back for sure, great for kids of all ages. Thanks so much it was just what we all needed!

Beautiful property great for a getaway

5 of 5
We picked this place for memorial day weekend getaway with a bunch of friends. Really beautiful pond and great for fishing. We caught everything from land locked salmon too perch and small mouth bass. Talking with some of the locals he claims there are some 7+lb large mouth bass in the area as well but we didn't get a chance to snag one. We did allot of kayaking as well. The house has an old maine feel to it, its warm, welcoming and clean. Be sure to try mosquito ice cream which is right down the street . Thanks Tony. Anthony Brown
