Great Location and Value

5 of 5
We truly enjoyed our weekend at Sunday River and our time in the Fall Line condos. The group was myself and 3 work colleagues who were looking for a weekend ski get away. The ski in / ski out benefits are obvious; but, there are many other amenities which made this location so ideal. The efficiency kitchen had enough in the way of appliances and utensils for us to cook & re-heat meals. Keeping ski equipment safe on the second floor balcony overnight (rather than in the car), plus having a slope side ski rack during the day is key. There is a restaurant on the second floor which we mainly used as a place to grab a beer at the end of the day (didn’t get a chance to try out the food, but the owner is very friendly and accommodating). The short walk to South Ridge lodge and après ski at the Foggy Goggle was another great benefit. I agree with other comments that the unit is definitely small in size and there aren’t doors between living / bedroom areas; but, they’re on separate floors which provides some privacy. It was a pleasure working with the manager (Heidi); and, my entire group agreed that it was something we definitely wanted to do again.

Cozy, lovingly cared for unit in a great location

5 of 5
Very cozy, well thought out and lovingly cared for unit. The owners have made a great use of available space. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again without hesitation. The owners are wonderful, they took the time to give detailed and thoughtful responses to our questions. I can't say enough good things about the owners they really are wonderful, friendly, honest people. We really appreciated little touches like fleece sheets on all the beds, extra bedding, extra towels, lots of hooks for hanging towels, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags, tissues---these are things that not every owner will give you. Also the owners locker that came with the unit was really convenient.

Great ski-in/ski-out location!

5 of 5
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this unit right on the slopes of South Ridge at Sunday River. It was possible to immediately ski right out of the door onto the slopes, right down to the chair lifts. The unit was clean and efficient, with a nice pool and hot tub for apres-ski soak-down. Sunday River is a great family ski mountain with a wide variety of terrain, which kept us entertained for 3 days on the slopes. One tip: get over to the top of Jordan Bowl on the Lollapalooza trail for fantastic views of the Mahoosuc Range, plus some (optional) nice entry-level woods skiing right along that trail.
