GREAT PLACE!

5 of 5
Everyone loved the place. I liked the layout. Town isn't too far away. We found the path out back that leads to Prong pond. A couple of us brought fly rods and waders and caught some nice brook trout. Moosehead is just down the way as well and I've never seen so many moose outside of Carrabassett valley. Overall a nice cabin in a great part of Maine. I'd like to go up again next year.

GREAT PLACE!

5 of 5
Nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Close enough to town for shopping, a meal out, or just "looking around." Wonderful location. Would definitely recommend this camp. Owners take great care of every detail. Friendly and accomodating.

BEAUTIFUL, SECLUDED GETAWAY

5 of 5
My wife and I and our one year old son absolutely loved this cabin. You have a lot of privacy and you really get the feeling you're all by yourself in the wild, which is not far from the truth since Greenville is the last town before the beautiful Maine wilderness. At night it gets REALLY dark outside and you can watch the stars. One night I went back to the car to get our son's pacifier, and suddenly looked into green eyes of some sort of animal coming down the driveway! Presumably nothing special, probably a raqoon or something, but for people coming from a densely populated and urbanized nation (Holland, Europe) this was a pretty cool experience! We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, secluded getaway. One con: the cabin was beautifully decorated, but this is not very handy if you bring a small child that wants to touch everything. Also: bring your own fold away crib. We will definitely come back to this cabin one day!
