If you are looking for a pretty spot with lots of solitude, then this is the cottage for you. A great place to swim or paddle, plus be entertained by loon calls in the evening. The cottage is very attractive and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and relax.

This was a great house in a great location! We had 3 couples with kids and the house was very roomy, good layout. The view from the porch is incredible and can be enjoyed from indoors as well. The large kitchen with a lake view was very accommodating, well stocked for your cooking needs. The kids had fun with the darts and pool table upstairs. It was so easy to get to the many activities that surround the area (whitewater rafting, boating, local restaurants, finding moose). The house is beautiful and the owner was very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of 9, who traveled to Maine to meet up with our son and his fiancée, as they finished the Appalachian trail. The house is about a 30 minute drive from Baxter State Park and a short drive to Millinocket, where we were able to find everything we needed for our stay. Kim was easy to work with and got back to us quickly. We all enjoyed our stay in this marvelous home. If you need a football fix The Blue Ox in Millinocket was a great place to hang out.
