Location, Location, Location. This condo was perfectly located about 3/10 mile from the Village. The condo's are set way back from the road and have some wonderful views of the Blue Hill Bay and are very quiet and peaceful. They abuts conservation land that has a great walking trail that leads to Blue Hill Mountain or the Village. In addition to a perfect location the condo itself was just as perfect. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped and furnished. It was more like a home than a rental. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the upstairs balcony that overlooked beautiful grounds and views of the bay. We had a great vacation exploring the peninsula and Mt Desert, can't wait to go back!

Fantastic sunrise/sunset views, walk to great dining, neat shops, quiet......simply outstanding. Almost hate to tell others of this gem for fear we will not be able to get another booking. The folks who rent this place are great, ever so helpful. This is the real Maine, with whales, great seafood, little shops and galleries, but not the tourist type tacky places in the overly commercial areas of Maine. I have traveled the world and this property is truly outstanding..........
