Beautiful!

4 of 5
Well this is the second time my wife and I have stayed here over the last few years and it didn't disappoint. We both absolutely love Cape Porpoise and this place is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We'll be back that's for sure. The praise being said, we both agreed that having a working stove in the cooler days would be awesome but we understand why it might not be usable. Secondly, it might be time for new couches. The ones in the living room were very dirty on our arrival but luckily we had sheets with us to put on them so we could use them. We do still love the place and the issues were very minor. Thanks for the chance to stay!!!

Cape Porpoise house

4 of 5
Nice clean house. Some nice decorative touches have been made to give this place a cozy cottage feeling, tastefully done. The deck does need work. Plenty of parking space in the front and rear of the house. Appliances in the kitchen are excellent except the refrigerator could be replaced. Nice hardwood floors throughout. Lovely bathrooms and new washer and dryer in the basement. First floor bedroom is ideal for older parent or parents who can't climb stairs. Very steep stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms. Both bedrooms are very large one with big king-size bed and two twins in the other with plenty of extra space for an air mattress if need be. Two hops, a skip and jump to Nunan's Lobster Restaurant, Television screen is adequate but small. Plenty of nice towels and sheets available. I added two new mugs to the kitchen as there were not very many for coffee drinkers. Overall , a lovely stay here - I would return.

Home Away From Home!

5 of 5
This cottage was fantastic as were it's owners. We could not ask for a better experience! Everytime we see photos of it, we miss the place. Delicious lobster & steamers are abundant and within walking distance. Cool sea breezes flow through the home and property. Nunan's Lobster Hut, a local favorite, is right across the street! The wood floors are a big plus. PLENTY of room for a family. Very clean, very neat - just perfect. We HIGHLY recommend it!
