          Awesome place to stay!

          4 of 5
This is a charming cottage! We found the property to be very clean, and well kept. There is WiFi and cable if you want it - nice when looking for things to do. The cottage has a screened in porch and an open porch, both great for lounging, reading and relaxing. There is a swing down by the water. We were sang to sleep each night by a pair of Loons with thier babies - so awesome! The communications with the manager of this property were prompt and accurate. This property is right on the water with a lot of versitility. They have a nice size boat that is available to renters. You can swim, kayak or fish right off the peer. The water is clean and refreshing. Short walk to the private beach, the first day we arrive the beach did have a fair amount of pet droppings, this was cleaned up and the rest of the week it was no issue. The beach is suitable to small children as well as adults of all ages and grown children. The sand extends a fair distance into the water, some seaweed as you go out to the dock but nothing that touches you unless you go to the bottom. Bridgton has a lot to offer, movie theater, hiking, Reny's and lots of great places to eat. One of our favorites was Mack's, more of a dinner or casual dining area but the seafood was great. Don't forget to stop by the Gazebo for ice cream (hard or soft serve), yumm! Close to North Conway for outlet shopping. We had a great time, strongly recommend the cottage

          Picture Perfect

          5 of 5
This house provided the perfect getaway. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything that I needed/wanted for my vacation in Maine. The location is ideal for long walks and bike rides around the lake, and my grandchildren loved that the beach was only steps away from the front door. My favorite part about this property was the privacy and the tranquility of the lot. The owners were great and provided us with a lot of information about the region and things to do, and of course the house lends itself to lake and mountain activities. We walked past the ski lodge and chair lifts a few times, and now the boys want to go back to ski. So we all loved it. I highly recommend this house, and I will definitely return with my family!
