Wonderful Time at the Musetti's Cabin

5 of 5
My wife and I were heading to Canada and ended up only making it to Maine. We spent all 5 days at the cabin and toured the local scenery and cities. We found the cabin perfect for our needs, it was small but just what we needed. As the pictures show, the cabin is right on the water and offers great evening and morning sitting to enjoy the Maine air. It is a quick drive to all areas of the Island but is secluded enough to enjoy your privacy. I would definitely recommend staying at the cabin.

Great vacation home

5 of 5
This is one of the neatest, cleanest, warmest and overall best rentals that I have been to. The house is new, the heating system is modern, the bathrooms and the kitchen, and the whole house are very clean. The lower level is very dry and comfortable. The location is perfect to experience Acadia at any time of year and have some private quiet time at the same time. Veena is the great contact - she responds almost immediately, helps a lot and never gets tiered of numerous questions. It was pleasure to spend several days in the house with teenage kids and parents. Thank you!

A CLASSIC COTTAGE – A REAL GEM

5 of 5
Bayview Cottage is our favorite place! Our family of four has been visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia for over 10 years, and we love Bayview so much that we are afraid to try another rental. We truly consider it to be our home away from home, if for only one week each summer. The cottage itself is bright and cheerful, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds/furniture. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. It's such an adorable classic cottage with the bonus of a good-sized screened porch. So many bonuses…colorful sunsets, curious seals, kayaking and exploring around theTwinnies, owls, eagles. All this, and just outside Acadia National Park! We love to hike and kayak, but find that we look forward to a rainy day, so that we can just stay and hang out in the cottage. The location works well for us. For shopping and dining, we just head down to Bar Harbor. When we want to feel like locals, it's a quick ride to the Southwest side of the island. We are still amazed by the quiet, private setting that Bayview affords us. So peaceful and relaxing, just like Maine should be.
