AWESOME!! PEACEFUL AND RELAXING

5 of 5
Very quiet and relaxing spot to be able to venture to just about anywhere you wanted to go on any one of the spots in Arcadia..We enjoyed exploring the harbors and the loop road is a great way to travel , lots of parking to be able to see all the attractions and beautiful scenery. Enjoyed our day trip to Schoonic Point,a must see part of Arcadia. We arrived just about high tide and the waves were amazing...Thank you Philip & Astri for sharing your beautiful space with us, I surely will recommend it . Best regards to you both.. Sandy W.

GREAT, FUN LOCATION. LOTS OF SPACE. KID FRIENDLY.

Great central location for anybody wanting to walk into Bar Harbor. Terrific rooms with lots of space to spread out. Quiet. Close to a little playground. Nina and Tom are terrific to work with (this is our second year renting from them) and we look forward to coming back soon!

WONDERFUL SETTING FOR EXPLORING AND CREATIVITY

5 of 5
This was the perfect place to stay for exploring the Acadia region and for our creative outlets - writing and photography. The grounds and view of Frenchman's Bay were lovely - I spent early mornings out by the gardens reading and journaling while looking out at the Bay. The living space was perfect for us - clean accomodations, lovely artwork of Vicki's and a kitchen area perfect for the meal preparation I needed to do for my son who has food allergies. We didn't have a set schedule as to what to do and Vicki had terrific suggestions - exploring the Schoodic penninsula, kayaking in Frenchman's Bay and visiting art galleries on a rainy day. We loved being in quiet area but still being close enough to visit Mount Desert Island. I would definitely recommend staying at Vicki's for those who want to explore the area and be surrounded by serene, beautiful, creativity-inspiring surroundings.
