Good location

4 of 5
The apartment is nice and the history of viola was interesting, we had a great stay. I had to call James because there wasn't a hair dryer and he replaced it very quickly, we did have a couple of other issues and I did let James know about and feel that he will get them fixed for next renters. The area is great with lots of places to eat or drink, there is a little cafe around the corner that served great breakfast. The French quarter is less than a mile away it was nice to be within walking distance

AWESOME!

5 of 5
The location is perfect. It's walking distance from the local neighborhood stores and the street car. The property it's self was secure and very comfortable. I enjoyed the open space the most. The fenced in garden/backyard was an extra treat...for coffee outside in the morning. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great stay near Oak Street!

5 of 5
We had a nice time staying at La Parisienne. It is just a block or two from the fun restaurants on Oak Street. Walking to Breads on Oak for breakfast and Jacques Imos for dinner was so fun; it made us feel like locals! We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened front porch in the evening and watching people walk by on their way to the summer Mardi Gras parade on Oak. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer if needed. The decor was charming and I would definitely stay again next time I am in New Orleans. Two things missing that I hope will be there next time: Hair dryer and iron/ironing board. All in all an "A+" experience.
