a beautiful hime for a family gathering. Wr had many family members staying at hotels but were able to host a dinner for 13 (brought in) Great location. Close to Magazine St. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and half bath on main floor. Stairs on the steep side

Great Mardi Gras Locaton!

4 of 5
First time in a house instead of a hotel after 20 years -- great decision! The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was fabulous, and we spent a lot of time outside. We appreciated the off street parking, too! Craig was great to work with and we would definitely rent the house again!

Livin' like the locals!

5 of 5
We decided to rent this house based on previous reviews, but didn't expect them to be accurate...the too good to be true thing. Tyrone and Jennifer were extremely accommodating, especially with our check-in/out times, as we booked the flights prior to the house. The location is perfect to enjoy the local living while still being able to play tourist. The neighborhood eateries are within a few blocks in a safe area. The streetcar takes you everywhere you would need and has a one-day pass available for $3.00...well worth the cost as one ride is $1.25. As far as meals go, we would recommend Wakin' Bakin' for breakfast, and the burgers at the Beachcorner are worth the few block walk. The cemetaries are within walking distance as well as City Park and NOMA. Expect to be impressed! Thank you Tyrone and Jennifer for a memorable stay!
