LITTLE BIT OF KENTUCKY HEAVEN

5 of 5
Everything about this little cottage was absolutely perfect! Very clean and comfortable, the grounds were amazing and the ponds tremendous. It was more than met our expectations! The cottage was stocked well with towels, spices, cooking equipment, and a grill. Firewood was always available for us to use when making a bonfire. The hummingbirds were beautiful to watch and we loved getting to feed the horses carrots in the evenings. The owners are such very nice people!. They were sociable, helpful and yet gave us our privacy. They cared very much that we enjoyed our stay! They supplied great directions to the cottage and told us where we could go to the grocery store upon our arrival. We highly recommend this cottage when visiting around the London, Kentucky area. In fact, we posted pictures on one of our social media websites, and many of our friends and family members have expressed interest in visiting this little bit of Kentucky Heaven. While visiting this area we also enjoyed Cumberland Falls Park, Wildcat Mountain Civil War Battlefield and the trails, and the Vendor's Mall. Such a lovely area. We travel quite a bit, and if there is a more friendly, warm, inviting and serene location; we have yet to find it!-- We love this place!

WONDERFUL WEEK

5 of 5
I totally loved our stay at the cabin. My husband, our 3 yr old, and myself meet up with our grown daughter and her family there and spent a wonderful week. The cabin had everything we needed except a tea pitcher but we fixed that with one trip to Wal Mart, and now the cabin has one. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The younger ones loved the lake activities while us older ones took full advantage of the screened in porch where we watched the birds at the feeder and the deer. I fully plan on coming back again. Also the owners were so nice and very helpful. Thank you so much for our wonderful week Diane and Todd.

AWESOME GETAWAY SPOT!

5 of 5
We came to Kentucky from Michigan needing a break from our particularly brutal winter and our stressful jobs. The cabin was exactly as described and well stocked. John was there when we arrived and was nice enough to show us around and point out all the fun things to do in the area. We hiked up to Natural Bridge, drove around the Gorge (yikes!!!), let the kids pan for gems (three times!), had a bonfire and watched lots of movies. We all had a wonderful time! P.S. My daughter forgot her Nook at the cabin and John sent it back to us, which I thought went above and beyond!
