This is a fabulous property

5 of 5
We had a most memorable and enjoyable stay. Inside and outside, the villa is just as wonderful as it appears in the photos and is well maintained. We had a little trouble with the hot water, but that got remedied right away. The A/C worked well. The staff is incredibly professional and will accommodate any request, and they serve delicious and authentic local cuisine. We enjoyed our day trip to Reach Falls and Boston Bay (the jerk shacks are not to be missed), rafting on the Rio Grande, drinks at the marina, and dinner one night at Dickie's.

Gorgeous home and great staff

5 of 5
The villa is furnished to a very high standards. The villa is clean and well-maintained by the excellent staff. The master bedroom is outstanding - beautiful deck overlooking the bay, and a massive en-suite bathroom. The villa is perfect if you are travelling with children; all rooms have TVs and DVD players the kids loved the Wii, Xbox, game and Ballard table. We took full advantage of our pool, complimentary driver as well as access to the historic Rio Nuevo beach just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Adults were able to sit on the outside deck enjoy cocktails and watch the kids play on the lawn or swim in the pool. We also eat most meals poolside on the beautiful dining table. we highly recommend this villa for a memorable vacation.

Discover Treasure Beach and Hikaru

5 of 5
Hikaru is a vacation destination for the inner adventurer in all of us waiting to escape. Even though the option to swim in the pool or the ocean or just lie in the sun is ever-present, discovering the local color is a defining part of the stay. A boat ride up the Black River to see crocodiles or to jump off a jungle rope swing hanging down 30 feet in the air into that same river, playing dominoes with the locals at the corner bar in town, listening to ragae at Jake's, a fine dinner of Miss Vannessa's lobster salad, lunch at the Pelican Bar (right out of "Survivor"), it's all there for the taking. So much to discover.
