PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY

5 of 5
Prior to arrival we received a 7 page document detailing everything from cab rides from airport, dining, entertainment, and what needs to be done once you enter the condo unit. Owner is very friendly and will respond quickly on any questions/issues you may have while staying at the condo. The condo is located right across the street from the Doctor's Cave Beach and near a variety of restaurants to choose from. Private ATM located right across the street. 5min walk to Burger King, Margaritaville & The Pelican. Cabs line up along the street and in front of Doctors Cave daily, easy convenience. Plenty of red plate cabs to choose from too. Gorgeous views of the sunset, and plenty of entertainment from the balcony just by watching the cars drive by. (If you've never seen Jamaicans drive, this is a must see!!) Supermarket located on 2nd floor, very convenient to get some every day items and snacks. Also a Chukkas tourist located right across from SuperMarket, nails/hair salon & spa is down the hall on the 2nd floor as well. (Reasonable prices as well). Condo is in excellent condition, stainless steel appliances. American cable channels and WiFi included in stay. (You can Facetime/Mobile Chat with family/friends while overseas with the WiFi, make them a bit jealous of the clear blue waters). Friendly people around condo, very nice location. Airport noise was not an issue, you can't even hear the planes land. Definitely will stay again when visiting Jamaica. Things to Do: While there you can take a dive in the Caribbean, go snorkeling or a glass bottom boat tour all just right across the street at Doctor's Cove. When going to Margaritaville be sure to wear a swim suit so you can slide down their slide. (Best way to get in the water and adjusted to it). If you want to get out of town for a night, book a tour to the Luminous Waters and experience one of the phenomenons in the world as the water sparkles blue while swimming. Location of Condo is an easy day trip to Ochos Rios, Nine Mile (Home of Bob Marley) and Negril.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!

The condo was just as described. The view was beautiful. The condo was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Simone, the owner, and Lola, the housekeeper, were very accomodating and wonderful to work with. I will definately be renting this condo again!!!! Thank you.

SUPERB LOCATION AND AN EXCELLENT BEACH

5 of 5
My wife and I spent a week – an amazing introduction to Jamaica. We could watch everything on the ocean, street and beach from the balcony, or go downstairs, across the street, and onto Doctor’s Cave Beach – definitely one of my favorite beaches anywhere. Many bars, restaurants, and shops up and down the street, along with a very well-stocked convenience store on the bottom floor of the building itself. The building is an older building, but well maintained – it was built when the best locations were still available. Our host Henry provided us with endless stories about the area and Jamaica as a whole, and introduced us to Michael, who took us on several very enjoyable day trips exploring the western end of the island. Definitely worth a visit if you want something different from the ubiquitous all-inclusives.
