We stayed here with our four children and their grandparents and we can't imagine a better place for us. This place is in a beautiful setting among vineyards in the hills above Verona. We got a late start on our trip and ended up trying to find it after dark which made it quite an adventure for our first time driving through Italian country roads. Cristian, the manager, linked us to very detailed instructions on his website to get there and we forgot to print them to bring with us. We were also arriving much later than we had told him we would yet he was very kind and patient as we kept calling him and he helped us find our way. (If you stay there, we recommend printing and following his instructions :-)) Cristian also took the time to give us extremely helpful instructions and tips for visiting Verona and Venice. Then when we checked out he spent some time helping us find the best views of the mountains for our way home.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The decor and furnishings were simple and quite nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Although the reservation does not indicate that meals are included, the kitchen was stocked with a few basics, including fruit, milk, pasta and a delicious Italian sweet bread. We loved the view of Verona from our windows and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.
We felt right at home and would love to stay there again the next time we visit Verona!
